Important Cancellation Information

Please review this information before continuing to the cancellation form.

This form is provided for customers requesting cancellation of an Advertising Trial or paid advertising subscription. Submission and processing of this form are subject to the applicable Advertising Trial, Automatic Renewal, Billing and Cancellation Terms accepted by the Customer.

IMPORTANT: If you are canceling a 15-Day Advertising Trial, your cancellation must be submitted before expiration of the Trial to prevent automatic conversion to the applicable paid subscription, subject to applicable law.

$350 Processing and Administrative Fee

Enrollment in the 15-Day Advertising Trial requires a $350 processing and administrative fee. The $350 fee is separate from the regular subscription price.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund of the $350 processing and administrative fee after processing or services have commenced. Any refund required by applicable law will be honored.

3. Cancellation Request

I HEREBY REQUEST CANCELLATION OF THE ADVERTISING TRIAL, SUBSCRIPTION, AND/OR RECURRING ADVERTISING SERVICE IDENTIFIED ABOVE.

I understand that cancellation is subject to the terms I accepted when enrolling in the applicable advertising service and to applicable federal, state, and local law.

I understand that if this request is properly submitted before expiration of my 15-Day Advertising Trial, the Trial will not automatically convert to the applicable paid subscription.

If I am canceling an existing paid subscription, I understand that the effective date of cancellation and any final authorized charges will be determined in accordance with the applicable subscription agreement and applicable law.

4. Recurring Payment Authorization Cancellation

By submitting this cancellation request, I request termination of future recurring charges associated with the canceled service effective as required by the applicable agreement and law.

I understand that cancellation of future recurring billing does not automatically cancel or eliminate any charge that:

Was validly authorized and incurred before cancellation became effective;
Relates to services already provided;
Is otherwise lawfully due under the applicable agreement; or
Is permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this form authorizes the Company to impose a charge that was not properly disclosed and authorized.

5. $350 Processing and Administrative Fee

I acknowledge that enrollment in the 15-Day Advertising Trial required a $350 processing and administrative fee.

I understand that the $350 fee is separate from the regular subscription price.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund of the $350 processing and administrative fee after processing or services have commenced.

Any refund required by applicable law will be honored.

6. Reason for Cancellation

Providing a reason is optional and will not prevent an otherwise valid cancellation from being processed.
