iGlobal Radio is seeking an experienced and creative Program Director to lead programming for our growing national and international radio network.

Responsibilities:

🎵 Develop and oversee daily programming schedules
🎙️ Recruit, coach, and manage on-air talent and DJs
📈 Increase listener engagement and ratings through innovative programming
🎧 Review music rotations and programming content across multiple formats
📅 Coordinate special broadcasts, interviews, and live events
🤝 Work closely with marketing, promotions, and management teams
📻 Maintain high broadcast standards and programming quality

Qualifications:

✅ Previous experience as a Radio Program Director or Assistant Program Director
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills
✅ Knowledge of music programming, scheduling, and radio operations
✅ Excellent communication and organizational abilities
✅ Experience working with digital streaming and internet radio is a plus
