iGlobal Holding Group LLC, iGlobal Media USA, iGlobal Radio, IGM Awards, iGlobal Music Group, and all affiliated websites, applications, streaming services, digital platforms, and media properties (collectively, “iGlobal,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506, and all applicable federal and state privacy laws.

This COPPA Compliance Policy explains how we handle personal information collected from children under the age of 13.

This policy applies to all iGlobal digital services that may be accessed by users, including websites, mobile applications, streaming platforms, radio services, event registration portals, and advertising systems.

Our services are primarily intended for general audiences, business users, artists, advertisers, and adult participants. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or engage in commercial transactions.

iGlobal does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.

  • Photos, videos, or audio recordings

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.

Before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from a child under 13, iGlobal will require Verifiable Parental Consent (“VPC”).

Acceptable methods of VPC may include:

  • Signed consent form from a parent or legal guardian
  • Credit or debit card verification (with small transaction validation)
  • Government-issued identification verification (where permitted)
  • Direct phone or video verification with a parent or guardian
  • Other lawful verification methods reasonably designed to ensure parental approval

We will not knowingly proceed with data collection until consent is confirmed.

Where permitted by law and with parental consent, iGlobal may collect limited information from children under 13 strictly for:

  • Participation in youth-oriented programming or contests
  • Educational or entertainment content engagement
  • Technical operation of services (non-marketing purposes only)

We do not collect more information than is reasonably necessary for the activity.

Any information collected from a child under 13 (with verified parental consent) will be used solely for:

  • Providing requested services or content
  • Maintaining platform safety and security
  • Fulfilling legal obligations
  • Supporting parental or guardian requests

We do not use children’s data for behavioral advertising or targeted marketing.

We do not sell or rent children’s personal information.

We may disclose limited information only to:

  • Service providers assisting in technical operations
  • Legal authorities when required by law
  • Entities necessary to complete a parent-approved service request

All third parties are required to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable privacy laws.

Parents and legal guardians have the right to:

  • Review personal information collected from their child
  • Request deletion of their child’s information
  • Refuse further collection or use of information
  • Withdraw previously given consent
  • Restrict participation in services

We will respond to verified parental requests within a reasonable timeframe as required by law.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect all personal data, including any data collected from children under 13.

However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

iGlobal platforms may contain links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Parents should review external platforms independently before allowing use.

We may update this COPPA Compliance Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of iGlobal services after updates constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy.
