Vendors are responsible for providing all applicable permits, licenses, insurance documents, booth equipment, extension cords, lighting, tables, chairs, and required safety equipment.

Vendor Policies

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendor space is assigned on a first-approved, first-paid basis.
Booth assignments are determined solely by festival management.
Vendors must comply with all local, state, county, and federal laws.
Food vendors must comply with Southern Nevada Health District regulations.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales taxes.
No booth may be subleased, transferred, or shared without written approval.
Festival management may remove vendors who violate festival policies without refund.
Booth fees are non-refundable unless the festival is canceled by the organizer.
